8. Payment and Refunds
If you purchase services from Dream AI Journey, you agree to pay all fees as outlined in your quote, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Payments are due according to the terms on the invoice
Deposits may be required before work begins
Late payments may delay project delivery
Completed consultation fees, strategy fees, or custom work fees are non-refundable
Because our services are customized, refunds are generally not provided once work has started, unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Revisions and Scope Changes
Any quoted project includes only the services and deliverables specifically outlined in the agreed scope of work. Requests outside that scope may require additional time, fees, or a revised agreement.
